Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find information and book with us, whatever their age, ability or device. That's why we designed this website with the aim of meeting level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Although Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile apps doesn't apply to a private clinic, we follow its criteria as good practice, including publishing this statement.
Compliance status
We consider this website partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA, due to the exceptions listed below. We check accessibility with automated tools and manual testing (keyboard and screen reader) whenever we publish significant changes.
What we've taken into account
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background, including in dark mode
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
- A clear heading structure and alternative text for meaningful images
- Forms with labels, instructions and clear error messages
- Respecting your system's reduced-motion preference
- Text that can be enlarged without losing content or functionality
- Content available in Spanish, Catalan and English, with the language of each page declared
Content that may not be accessible
- The Google Maps map is a third-party service whose accessibility we don't control. As an alternative, we provide our address as text and a direct link to directions
- Some illustrative treatment photos may have brief descriptions; if you need more detail, we're happy to explain by phone or email
