What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information, for example to keep a session open or to protect a form.
Cookies we use
This website only uses its own technical cookies, which are needed for the features you request to work. Under Article 22(2) LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on cookies, these cookies don't require your consent, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.
- cdv_csrf: first-party technical cookie. Protects the booking form against forged submissions from other sites (CSRF). Duration: your browsing session
- cdv_admin: first-party technical cookie. Keeps clinic staff signed in to the management panel. Only set if you access the panel. Duration: the session
No analytics or advertising
We don't use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Links to Instagram or Facebook are ordinary links: they don't load any content from those networks until you click and leave our website.
If we add a statistics tool in the future, we'll choose one that doesn't use cookies or store or read information on your device, so that no consent is required. If we ever used non-technical cookies, we would ask your permission first and update this policy.
The Google Maps map
On the contact page, the Google Maps map doesn't load automatically. Until you activate it, no connection is made to Google.
If you choose to load the map, your browser will connect to Google's servers, which will receive your IP address and may set or read their own cookies under Google's policy. You can read it at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. If you'd rather not load it, our address is available as text, along with a link to open directions in Google Maps.
Managing or deleting cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or others). If you block technical cookies, the booking form may not work properly.

We'll review this policy if the cookies we use change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
